Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist assists existing and potential Haven customers by consistently exceeding their needs via superior product knowledge and an exceptional level of service. They are a key point of contact for clients with regards to questions on product details, fit and reference as well as e-commerce logistics, facilitating returns and exchanges as well as resolutions.

Qualifications and Assets:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience working in a customer service role
    Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with communicating with customers through all channels including phone, email, and social media
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Very high attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Self-starter with a desire to get the job done and well
    Good knowledge of and interest in the brands and products we carry
