We thank you for your support and patience in the past couple of months. As restrictions ease and businesses begin to reopen, HAVEN is still committed to offering you the best possible customer service during this time.

In accordance with Canada’s latest guidelines, HAVEN Vancouver and Toronto will begin offering curbside pick-up starting Wednesday, May 27th for all online orders. Pickup time will be Monday to Friday; 12pm to 5pm. In accordance with public health recommendations, all staff will be wearing masks and maintaining high sanitation standards while preparing orders.

When placing an order online please select “Curbside Pick Up” and select your desired location. You will be contacted via email once your order is ready for pick up. Please follow instructions provided in this email to receive your order.
