Inspired by military layering systems, our Ascent Zip Neck is the ultimate mid-layer, upgraded for FW23 with Polartec® Alpha® Direct fleece. Originally developed for the U.S. Special Forces, and one of the most advanced fabrics in their line, Polartec® Alpha® fleece provides adaptable breathability helping to eliminate the need for shedding or adding layers while on the move. With hydrophobic, lofted fibers connected to a solid mesh core, Polartec® Alpha® Direct offers lightweight warmth, breathability, moisture-wicking and fast-drying capabilities. Comfortable high neck design, with a zippered half placket that allows you to quickly dump excess heat. Raglan sleeves allow for low-bulk layering and thumbholes create a secure barrier from cool air and aid in pulling the garment through an outer layer. Made in Canada.
