Job Title:

Shipping and Order Fulfillment Specialist

The Shipping and Order Fulfillment Specialist collaborates with our Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure that orders are shipped and fulfilled in a timely, professional manner. You will be responsible for shipping orders placed through our online system, facilitating inter-store transfers, communicating with our customers and shipping partners, and processing returns. Additional inventory management tasks and manual labor may be assigned when necessary.

Qualifications and Assets:

• High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Previous experience with shipping and/or online order fulfillment is an asset
• Familiarity with online sales software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment
