A third installment in the 1460 Reinvented series, the distinctive 1460 silhouette is updated with help from Beams Japan and Lee Spielman’s LA-based skate brand, Babylon. Babylon’s signature upside-down peace wheel and “CHAOS” tag are debossed at the tongue and at the heel counter, amplified by the satin tanned leather construction. The eight-eye silhouette features tonal metal lacing eyelets, with a selection of black, gray and orange laces. The orange theme reappears at the signature sole stitching, as well as at the woven nylon heel taping. Finishing the silhouette is Dr. Martens’ iconic Goodyear-welted AirWair® rubber outsole, constructed to be resistant to oils, acids and most corrosive materials.
