New Balance draws creative inspiration from the Amsterdam based label, PATTA, for a fresh and subtle take on the 990V3's. The shoe is constructed from the usual supple suede and mesh uppers. However subtle details like the tonal green overlays with bright green accents give it a unique look. A perforated silver heel backing plays into the full silver mesh lining on the inside. The ENCAP® midsole is given a speckled treatment with a minor branding on the heel, 'Made in USA' on the tongue, and dual branding on the insole. Just enough subtle details to catch the eye but low key enough for everyone to enjoy.
