We are offer complimentary In-store Pickup at both HAVEN Toronto and HAVEN Vancouver. When placing an order online please select “Pick up” and select your desired location. You will be contacted via email once your order is ready for pickup. Please allow up to approximately 1-4 business days for your order to be ready.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, except National Holidays.

All orders are shipped with FedEx services. For FedEx shipments, FedEx will be handling your parcel from door-to-door. Orders where Canada Post is the shipping carrier, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery once it clears customs. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracing your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, China Post, UK Post, etc.).

Note that international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you. You will be contacted by your local shipping carrier, or FedEx directly if there are any duties or fees that require payment; however, we advise that you follow the tracking information closely in case there are any updates regarding customs clearance.
