We are offering Free In-store Pickup at both HAVEN Toronto and HAVEN Vancouver. When placing an order online please select “Curbside Pickup” and select your desired location. You will be contacted via email once your order is ready for pickup. Please allow up to approximately 7 business days for your order to be ready.
All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, except National Holidays.
All orders are shipped with FedEx services. For FedEx shipments, FedEx will be handling your parcel from door-to-door. Orders where Canada Post is the shipping carrier, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery once it clears customs. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracing your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, China Post, UK Post, etc.).
Note that international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you. You will be contacted by your local shipping carrier, or FedEx directly if there are any duties or fees that require payment; however, we advise that you follow the tracking information closely in case there are any updates regarding customs clearance.
Route+ is an optional paid package protection for your online orders. When Route+ is added to your order at checkout you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.
In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed for the cost of the items minus applicable taxes and shipping.
*Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
*FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes and may be unable to ship to certain remote or out-of-service areas. In such cases, you will be notified, and your order will be shipped via Canada Post instead.
