An Italian icon and one of the world’s most esteemed fabric mill’s Loro Piana draws on both time-honored traditions and state of the art technology to create their exquisite fabrics. Not your average tech fabric, Loro Piana Storm System® is one of our favorite technologies, combining wind and water protection with comfort, breathability and a timeless natural appearance. One of Loro Piana’s most renowned technologies, Storm System® is an advanced 3-layer system that imbues luxurious natural fibres with waterproof, wind-resistant and breathable capabilities of a technical fabric. The exterior layer is made from premium Italian Capolavoro wool that is sourced from the finest raw materials available. Beneath is a waterproof and windproof hydrophilic membrane to keep you dry and warm, while a microfiber jersey lining offers soft and ultra-comfortable, next-to-skin comfort. Finally a water-resistant treatment beads water from the surface of the wool.
WORKWEAR INSPIRATION MEETS LUXURY TEXTILES
Alongside Storm System®, we employ Loro Piana Zelander®, a premium merino wool flannel made with the finest raw materials sourced from New Zealand. Applied to our workwear inspired Crescent Shirt, the unique double-face construction features an elegant, custom check pattern. This dense Merino wool flannel is extremely soft against the skin, provides immense warmth, regulates body temperature and transports sweat away from the body, while still retaining its iconic workwear appearance.
ZEPHYR JACKET - LORO PIANA STORM SYSTEM® 3L WOOL CHARCOAL
Informed by outdoor and military garments, our Zephyr Jacket is an extremely versatile jacket that excels in a wide range of temperatures and environments. Original YKK METALUXE® dual zip closure allows for efficient venting and a wide range of styling options. At the chest are two concealed, oversized diagonal zip pockets with dual zip entry and two-tiered inner storage. Underarm gussets and articulated sleeve construction ensure a wide range of motion and stylish drape. The tall stand collar conceals an adjustable GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ hood while bungee cord and toggle lock hem and snap cuffs prevent the entry of cold air. Made in Canada.
SOLO PANTS - LORO PIANA STORM SYSTEM® 3L WOOL CHARCOAL
With a hybridized design that references utilitarian details from both outdoor and military, our signature Solo Pants are updated this season in a luxurious yet technically advanced Storm System® fabric from Italian fabric maker Loro Piana. Storage is offered with two front patch pockets and two rear flap pockets with snap closures. The waistband includes an adjustable integrated nylon belt with magnetic buckle while a bungee cord and toggle lock system at the hem allows for a customized fit. Made in Canada.
FIELD CAP - LORO PIANA STORM SYSTEM® 3L WOOL CHARCOAL
Our Field Cap is built with a luxurious yet technically advanced Storm System® fabric from Italian fabric maker Loro Piana. The six-panel design features structural brim stitching. Adjustable for a custom fit, this cap is fastened at the rear with a self fabric strap and custom metal clasp with debossed logo. Finished with a Toray Fieldsensor® headband lining which provides quick perspiration absorption and dispersion. Made in Japan.
CRESCENT SHIRT - LORO PIANA ZELANDER® MERINO WOOL FLANNEL
The timeless work shirt is updated with premium fabrics and hardware and a versatile fit. Two flap enclosed pockets at the chest with original snap buttons which are also applied to the front closure. Inset corduroy forearm paneling with darted elbows allows for an ergonomic sleeve shape with added durability. Additional features include a contrast back panel and underarm gusseting for freedom of movement. Made in Canada.
