The FRAMA Rivet Shelf transforms raw aluminium into a refined storage solution through a process that celebrates material and construction. Laser cut aluminium sheets are assembled by hand using a cold formed riveting technique developed by designer Jonas Trampedach, creating a clean, architectural form without unnecessary complexity.

SHIPPING RATES
Once your item is ready, we will update your invoice with the accurate shipping rate based on your location.

SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated lead times range from 4–12 weeks, depending on the item. While we provide estimated arrival dates, delays related to production or shipping may occur and are beyond our control.

FINAL SALE
All Special Order and large furniture items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

NATURAL VARIATION
Variations in wood grain, fabric, finish, and colour are inherent to many of our products and may differ slightly from online images. Samples and display pieces may be viewed in-store.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTS
Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

HAVEN will gladly accept any non-“Release Product” items for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt (or within 7 days of being contacted for an In-Store Pickup). We do not offer refunds. Items being returned must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging. HAVEN will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and a valid Return Authorization.

We do not provide price adjustment and cannot apply promotions retroactively.

All items marked as “Release Product” are final sale and cannot be canceled returned or exchanged. HAVEN does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged returned goods while in transit from the customer. Therefore, we strongly recommend that customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking system.
