Converse presents its first collaboration with the Seoul-based streetwear label thisisnever that, which reinterprets a ‘90s street inspiration on the One Star and Chuck 70 models. The One Star utilizes a nubuck leather upper, throwback One Star details on the toe-bumper and an aged finishing effect on the midsole. The Chuck 70 takes a similar approach and utilizes a hairy suede upper and yellowed vintage finishing effect on the midsole for the look of well-worn Chucks. Each are finished with a thisisneverthat print at the midsole, co-branded heel tab, and collaborative woven tongue label. The collaboration is a distinct blend of old and new—with modern details combined with vintage-inspired colors and textures that celebrate an iconic style era.
